This setting only takes effect, if:
Internal Pulse Control is enabled ([SENSe<Ch>:]PULSe:INTernal[:STATe]
ON)
Fixed Duty Cycle is enabled ([SENSe<Ch>:]PULSe:FXDCycle[:STATe] ON)
Note that currently the exact value of the duty cycle can not be guaranteed. However,
you can be sure that the specified value is not exceeded.
