MAINTENANCE INTERVALS
3. Finger tighten the castle nut untill just snug.
4 Back the castle nut out slightly until the first
castellation lines up with the cotter key hole,
and insert the cotter pin. The nut should remain
snug just enough to not rotate freely.
5. Bend over the cotter pin legs to secure the nut.
Trailer Wheel Spindles -
Inspect Welds
Repair chassis if any cracks are found where wheel
spindle is attached to machine chassis or in supporting
members.
