adjustment helps to align the

back and forth as shown in the
diagrams to achieve the best
possible fit. This movement helps
to find the most comfortable and
secure position.
Move your head around to ensure
the earbuds remain secure. They
should stay in place without
causing discomfort or needing
constant adjustment.
Place the earbuds into your ears with the
hooks resting comfortably over your ears.
Ensure the earbuds are placed slightly
above your ear canal.
