Forwatercraftwithsuitablestructures,theantenna
basemustbeatleast3.5metres(11.5ft)above
themaindecktomeettheMPEforpersonsupto
2metres(6.6ft)tall.Forwatercraftwithoutsuch
structures,theantennamustbemountedsothatits
baseisaminimumof1.5metres(4.9ft)vertically
fromheadsofallpersons.
Theantennamustbeisolatedfromthevessel’s
metalworkusinganinsulated(e.g.plastic)mounting
bracket.

tootherequipmentusingacablenotsuppliedby
