extensionmountingplate,aclearatareais
required.
2.Usingapencil,offerupthemountingplateto
thedesiredlocationandmarkthelocationofthe
screwholesandthecenterholeonthemounting
panel.
3.Drillthemountingholesusingasuitablesizedrill
bit.
4.Drillthecenterholeusinga25mm(1in.)hole
cuttingsaw.
5.Pulltheconnectorendofthecablethroughthe
holeinthemountingpanel.
6.Withtherecessedsidefacingawayfromthe
mountingpanel,placethemountingplateover
theendoftheconnector.
7.Placetheringendofthelanyardoverthe
connector,ensuringthelanyardsitsintherecess
inthemountingplate.
8.Placethenutovertheconnectorandtighten
clockwiseusinga13/16in.(21mm)socket
wrench,beingcarefulnottodamagethenutby
overtightening.
9.Securethemountingplatetothemounting
surfaceusingthesuppliedscrews.
10.Attachthehandset/Fistmicconnectortothe
cableconnectorandrotatethelockingcollar
clockwisetosecure.
11.Connecttheoppositeendofthecabletothe
requiredconnectoreitheronthebasestationor
toanotherpass-throughpanelmountingplate
connector.
Note:Drillbit,tapsizeandtighteningtorqueis
dependentonthethicknessandtypeofmaterial
theunitistobemountedon.
