bearings

sprocket
assembly.

Install
the
sprocket
assembly
in
the
housing.

Align
the
holes
in
the
sprocket
assembly
with
the holes
in
the
housing
and
bushing,
then
install
the
roll
pins
(tOf.
h.
Install
the
back
half
of the
sprocket
housing
using
the
retaining
screws.
Safety
wire
the
retaining
screws.
i.
Install
the
actuator
screw
(3)
in
the
housing
and
install
the
retaining
nut
(4).
j.
Safety
wire
the
retaining
nut
and the
roll
pins (10) together.
k.
Install
the
actuator
rod
end
(2)
on
the
actuator
screw
and
tighten
the
check
nut
(1).
Safety
wire
the
check
nut
to
the
actuator
rod
end.
i.
Check
that
the end
play
between
the
actuator
screw
and
the
housing
does
not
exceed
0.011
inch.
