the batteries before the memories stored are lost. Please read

instructions before replacing

batteries
and have the

If
you are not going to use the telephone for more
than
30 days, remove the batteries because they may leak and
damage
the unit.

cord is
connected, disconnect
it from
the
base unit
.

Release
latch on batter

compartments
and

emov
e
cover
.

Insert 4
AA-size
alkaline
batteries as shown
on the
diagram
in the batter
y
compartments.

Snap
the battery compartment

d
replace
the mounting
bracket
.

If the
line
cord
was previously connected,
re-attach it to the unit and check
your memory locations.

:
If
the low battery icon appears in the display, you need
to
replace the batteries.

Caller ID
operation.
Installing
the
Phone
Your phone should
be
placed
on a
level surface, such as
a
desk
or table top
,
or
you can mount it on a w
a
ll
.
A wall mounting
pedestal
is
packaged
with
y
o
u
r
phone.
Connecting
the
Handset
1
.
Connect one end
of the
coiled handset
cord to the
jack
on the
handset
.

.
Plug
the other
end
of the
coiled handset
cord to the
jack
on the base.

.
Place
the
handset
in the cradle.
