Menu Functions
The Menu function is used to make changes in the selected settings such as color, channels,
timer, etc. The MENU key invokes most major brands like RCA, GE, ProScan, Sony, Magnavox,
Philips and Zenith with Menu functions. Each menu mode will vary with brand. You may need
to experiment with your system since manufacturers products do not all work the same way.
1. Push the device key on the remote for the desired menu
screen.
2. Push the MENU key. This allows you to view the menu
of the device chosen.
3. While in Menu mode these keys will function as
follows:
• Navigation Left/Right keys will operate as cursor
right and left.
• Navigation Up/Down keys will operate as cursor
up and down.
• The SELECT or MENU key will apply the highlighted
menu item.
4. Not all functions in competitive models and brands of
televisions may be fully supported. You may need to
experiment with using the MENU or ENTER keys to
make a selection of your choice.
5. To exit the Menu mode and clear the screen, push the
device key you have chosen on the remote or the
CLEAR key.
