Due to the size of the header the conversion will entail changing the running plain of the belt from vertical to
horizontal.
Strip out the old motor gearbox, control panel/ power supply idler pulley and belt clamps keeping the fixings .
We recommend that the track is cleaned and checked. We also recommend that the existing load wheels / nylon track
insert are checked and replaced if needed.
It is recommended that the doors are adjusted and aligned before any equipment is installed.
Remember: A badly running manual door = A badly running auto door !!
Commence installation by installing the new motor gearbox to the right hand side of the operator.
The motor comes with a new mounting bracket, this is retained by 2 x existing captive nuts, bolt which are installed into
the groove system in the back of the operator ( see fig 3).
The universal idler pulley should be mounted in the same way on the left of the operator see Fig 4
