→ SIS Safety signal in closing direction.
0V/open = security active
24V = security passive
▪ An open door only closes when the signal is passive.
▪ If the signal becomes active during a closing movement
the door reverses, stops or creeps (configuration with

→ SIO Safety signal in opening direction.
0V/open = security active
24V = security passive
▪ A closed door only opens when the signal is passive.
▪ If the signal becomes active during an opening movement
the door stops or continues to open at low speed (configu-
ration with
Parameter → Input/Output → SIO → Function
).
▪ With
Parameter → Input/Output → SIO → Activate SIO
the
position from which
the signal should be taken into account
while opening can be defined.
▪ With
Parameter → Input/Output → SIO → Suppression SIO
the position from which the signal should no longer be tak-
en into account while opening can be defined.
▪ On RED doors the SIO signal is not taken into account
before 80% of the escape route opening width is reached.
Between 80 and 100% the doors creeps. From 100% on,
the configuration
Parameter → Input/Output → SIO → Func-
, determines if the door goes on creeping or stops.
→ AKI button reduced
(not with RED)
Moving to reduced opening width with pulse signal (0V/open -
24V).
The signal is intended for connecting a button on the inner side
of the door.
▪ An automatic door closes at the end of the hold-open time,
even if the button is still pressed.
▪ Opening commands occurring simultaneously on the com-
plete opening width have priority. The signal has no influ-
ence on the TOWA function.
A locked door cannot be opened.
→ Interior button reduced
(only AUX0_IN and
AUX1_IN with RED )
Moving to reduced opening width with pulse signal (0V/open
24V).
The signal is intended for connecting a button on the inner side
of the door.
▪ May only be used in addition to a certified escape route
sensor. The button itself and the opening path over the
button are not monitored.
