Check clearance between truck bumper and RV trailer for safe towing.
Adjust hitch height for level towing and ensure adequate clearance.
Install pivot bushing and wear plate with proper orientation and lubrication.
Install upper wear disc and outer cap using cap bolts, leaving them loose initially.
Torque cap bolts to 150 ft-lbs, back off, then re-torque to 45 ft-lbs.
