5.6 Post-casting
• Put thermocouple in parking position
• Take the sealing bar and crucible off the inductor chamber
with a special tool and deposit it in the crucible stand
Longer pausing of usage:
• Close argon bottle
• Turn off main switch (10)
• Close water tap
• Attention: Only close lid as soon as chamber is cooling down to approx. 80
0
C.
6 Troubleshooting
Regarding default analysis pls. proceed according to the default check list (see appendix A4).
In case of possible deviations from alloy suppliers, see correction chart in appendix A2

from casting to casting the thermocouple may be defective or too old and has to be
changed.
