theiruseintypicaloperatingconditions.Thisisnotaguidetocommissioning,aseachsystem

setscrewinthemachineadapterremovedquicklyfromsame.
Themachineadapterreceivesallmaterial,air,andpowerlines.
AGR-08-Eissuitableforuseonindustrialrobots,automaticmachines(reciprocators)orsupports.
TheAGR-08-Eautomaticsprayguncreatesavoltageofupto85kVattheatomisingpointforthe
coatingmaterial.Theparticleschargedherearetransportedtotheworkpiecebycompressedair,
wheretheyareelectrostaticallyattractedandheld.Theelectrostaticeldbetweenthechargedpar-
ticlesandtheearthedworkpiecealsoenablesahighproportionoftheoverspraytoreachthesides
andbackoftheworkpiecebeingcoated.Thisguaranteesthatahighpercentageoftheatomised
sprayisdepositedontheworkpiece.
Thegunsinthisseriesaresuitableforcoatings,solvent-orwater-based.
