utensil carefully at rst to avoid overheating. Never use high power levels (10-12) when heating
oil.

− Multi-ply carbon steel core
− Nutri-Plex™ diusion bottom
• Your Induction Cooker will also work with:
− Cookware with the induction symbol
− Magnetic stainless steel
− Enamelware made of iron or magnetic steel
− Cast iron
Aluminum, copper, non-magnetic stainless steel, ceramic glass, or any utensil with
a base that sits higher than 0.4 cm (1/8”) above the ceramic glass plate and/or with
a base diameter smaller than 12 cm (4-3/4”) or with a base diameter greater than
28 cm (11”).
Important: weight cannot exceed 8 kg (18 lb)
