CLIMATE CONTROL (continued)
Switching air conditioning on
or off
In automatic mode, the system
switches the air conditioning
system on or off, depending on the
weather conditions.
Automatic mode is switched off by
pressing button 11: the indicatorg
light on button 1 will go out.
The air conditioning is switched on
(indicator light on) or off (indicator
light off) using button 11.
Note: the “Clear View” function
automatically activates the air
conditioning (indicator light on).
Press button 1 to return to automatic
mode.
Varying the ventilation speed
In automatic mode, the system uses
themostsuitableamountofairto
reach and maintain the desired
comfort level.
Automatic mode is switched off by
pressing the top or bottom of button
8, (the AUTO button 1 indicator
light goes out). This button
increases or decreases the amount
of air blown into the passenger
compartment.
In automatic mode, in cold
weather, the ventilation will not
start immediately at maximum
power but will increase
progressively until the engine
temperature is warm enough to
heat the passenger compartment
air. This may take from a few
seconds to several minutes.
