The presence and operation of the warning lights described below depend on the vehicle equipment and
country.
6 Anti-lock braking
system warning light
This lights up when the
ignition is switched on and
then goes out. If it comes on
when you are driving, it
indicates a fault in the anti-lock
braking system.
Braking will then be as normal,
without the ABS system.
Contact your RENAULT Dealer
as soon as possible.
Airbag warning light
This lights up when the
ignition is switched on
and goes out after a few
seconds.
If it does not go out when the
ignition is switched on, or
comesonwhentheengineis
running, there is a fault in the
system.
Consult your RENAULT Dealer
as soon as possible.
6 Toxic fume filter
system warning light
For vehicles equipped
with this option, the light
comes on when the ignition is
switchedonthengoesout.
• If it lights up continuously,
consult your RENAULT
Dealer as soon as possible.
• If it flashes, reduce the
engine speed until the light
stops flashing.
Consult your RENAULT
Dealer as soon as possible.

7 Right-hand direction
indicator warning light
8 SERVICE warning light
This lights up when the
ignition is switched on and
goes out after a few seconds. It
can light up with other warning
lights or messages on the
instrument panel.
If it comes on when the vehicle
is being driven, it is advisable
to visit your RENAULT Dealer
as soon as possible.
9 Speed limiter and
cruise control warning
light
Refer to the information on
Cruise control and Speed
limiters in Section 2.
10 Information display
This display groups together
several types of information.
Depending on how serious the
fault is, it may display one or
more warning lights
simultaneously: refer to the
information on Information
display in Section 1.
