What to do if my Renfert Water Dispenser shows a negative filter status?

If a negative value appears when checking the "Filter status" on your Renfert Water Dispenser, it likely means the filter capacity wasn't reset the last time the filter was changed. To resolve this, reset the filter capacity. Note that continuing to use the filter cartridge until the replacement display appears may exceed its intended lifespan. If needed, replace the filter cartridge before the replacement display appears.
