FULL HEIGHT
The FH filename flag or fullheight CJM setting makes THEC64 display the full
height of the computer’s display when running a program, sacrificing the accurate
display to fit everything into the 720p image.
So, instead of moving the display up or down using vertical shift, you instead squash
the display and fit it into the 720p image, catering for the top and bottom borders
becoming visible but at the expense of introducing some occasional odd visual
artifacts.
