Setting Up for Printing
Making paper settings from an application

Display the data to be printed.

On the [File] menu, click [Page Setup].
The page setup screen appears.

Make sure that the machine you want to use is shown in the [Printer] box.

❒ If the machine is not shown in the [Printer] box, use the pop-up menu to dis-
play a list of available machines.
❒ Under Mac OS Χ, this is called [Format for].

information.

From the [Paper] box, select the paper size.

Make any settings you require and click [OK].
