Print Setting Details
In this section, the setting items peculiar to this machine are explained.
Select the function to be set from the drop down menu on the print screen. Here,
[Layout] and [Printer Specific Options] are explained.
Note
❒ Under Mac OS Χ, this is called [Printer Features].
❒ Under Mac OS, it is possible to print on custom size paper when using [Cus-
tom Page Default]. See p.36 “Printing on custom sized paper”.

[Layout]
It is displayed when selecting “Layout” in the drop down menu of the print
screen.

❖ [Pages per sheet]
Specifies the number of pages printed on one sheet of paper. It is also possible
to set whether to place a border on each page in [Border] or not.

❖ [Print on Both Sides]
Select when printing on both sides.
Limitation
❒ [Print on Both Sides] is not valid in this machine.
[Printer Specific Options]
They are displayed when selecting “Printer Specific Options” in the drop down
menu of the print screen.
Note
❒ Under Mac OS Χ, this is called [Printer Features] and it is separated into [Fea-
tures 1] tab, [Features 2] tab and [Features 3] tab.
❒ Under Mac OS Χ, settings for installed options cannot be set. When using
functions that require options, make sure that the options are installed before
adjusting the settings.

The resolution is fixed.
