Entering the e-mail address
A Enter the e-mail address.

Using the e-mail address as the
sender
When an e-mail address is entered,
it can be used as the sender's ad-
dress.
A Press [Protection].
B Press [Sender] on the right side
of Use Name as.

B Press [System Settings].
C Press [ Administrator Tools ] , and then
press [TNext].
D Press [Address Book Management].
E Select the name whose e-mail ad-
dress you want to change.
Press the name key, or enter the
registered number using the
number keys

by the registered name, user
code, fax number, folder name,
e-mail address, or IP-Fax desti-
nation.
❒ To change the name, key dis-
play, and title, see p.73 “Chang-

F Press [E-mail].
G Press [Change] under E-mail Ad-
