9.1 RICOH TECHNICAL BULLETIN (R.T.B.)
Issued on a regular basis to provide the latest technical information. Before using the
Hotline procedure, refer to the R.T.B.'s that contain the latest information on field activities,
modification kits, problem solving and manual changes.
9.2 MODIFICATION BULLETIN (M.B.)
Issued when a modification is applied to production machines.
Inter-changeability, part number changes and cut in serial numbers are identified.
9.3 PCIL
Notifies change information with part numbers.
9.4 SERVICE MANUALS / PARTS CATALOGUES
Service Manuals, Parts Catalogues, Operating Instructions, Modification Bulletins and
Technical Bulletins are available for download from the technical support website which
can be found at:
www.tessa-support.com
Operating instructions are supplied as standard with the machines in electronic format.
