11. WARRANTY
Ricoh UK Ltd. will warrant manufacturer fitted spare parts in excess of £30 for a period of
thirteen months from date of invoice.
This policy does not apply to consumable items or any part with a published consumable
life. Warranties should be submitted electronically using the warranty claim form which can
be downloaded from www.ricohtechnical.co.uk
Please refer to the Dealer Warranty Policy 601 effective 1
