Entering Characters
To enter characters, use keys as follows:
To enter a digit
Press a number key.
To delete a character
Press the [
] key one second.
To enter a fax number
• To enter a number
Use the number keys.
• To enter characters other than digits
“ ”: Press the [ ] key.
“ ”: Press the [ ] key.
Pause: Press the [ID Card Copy/On Hook Dial] key.
Space: Press the [ ] key one second.
To enter a name
Letters, numbers, and symbols can be entered using the number keys.
To enter two characters that use the same number key successively, press the [ ] key after entering
the first character.
