Setting Quotas - 2
Specify a per-page unit count
between “0” and “200” for each of the
shown print conditions.
Note: The display is for a color
copier.
”Others” means paper sizes other
than A3 and DLT (11 x 17 inch).
The default per-page unit count for
every print condition is “1”.
If you specify "0" for a print
condition, no volume restriction is
applied to jobs matching that
condition.
This setting can be done from
“Web Image Monitor” also.
Specify the Maximum Count per User.
A value between "0" and "999,999“
can be set for each user as the
maximum available print volume.
The maximum print volume for an
individual user can also be
specified in [Address Book] in
“Web Image Monitor”.
This is the same as for AP/AT-C2.5.
Example
¾ If print conditions and Maximum Use Count of “User A” are specified as
follows…
Copier: A3/DLT, B&W 10
Printer: A3/DLT, B&W 10
Copier: Others, B&W 5
Printer: Others, B&W 5
Maximum Use count of “User A”: 500
¾ The following printing pattern is available for “User A”.
50 pages of “Copier/Printer: A3/DLT, B&W”
100 pages of “Copier/Printer: Others, B&W”
