Setting Quotas - 3
Users need to log in with Basic, Windows, LDAP or User
Code authentication.
When a user reaches his/her assigned print volume limit,
the machine will suspend the current job or display a
message. After a user has reached his/her limit, all
subsequent print/copy jobs will be cancelled.
Printing of received faxes is always allowed. Manual print
out of fax transmission reports, and fax documents stored
in the document server are also allowed.
When a paper jam occurs, the last page that is jammed will
not be counted.
Print out of reports will not be counted.
Printing from Mac/Linux can’t be managed.
