    • G
      Grace CoxAug 12, 2025
If your Ricoh All in One Printer can't detect the original size, make sure the original is correctly placed on the exposure glass or in the ADF. When using the exposure glass, open and close the cover or ADF more than 30 degrees. If the original is a transparency, paper with sticky notes, or a custom size, specify the paper tray in [Paper Select] or the original size in [Original Setting/Store File] [Original Size] [Custom Size]. When making an enlarged or reduced copy, select an item other than [Fit to Paper Size].

    • R
      rellisAug 28, 2025
If your Ricoh All in One Printer won't turn on, there could be a few reasons. First, ensure the power cable is securely plugged into both the printer and the wall outlet, connecting the ground wire if available. Avoid using extension cords; plug the printer directly into a working wall outlet. If the screen and main power indicator are unlit, try a different outlet to rule out a problem with the original outlet.
