If the curl cannot be straightened even by connecting the decurler unit, do as follows.
<If custom paper is used>
1. Turn the sheets the other way up.
2. In [Advanced Settings] for the custom paper you are using, select 1321: [Correct Paper
Curl], and then set [Correction Mode] to [U Curl Correction Level: Large] or [П Curl
Correction Level: Large].
3. Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?
Yes Finished!
No Turn the sheets the other way up.
4. Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?
Yes Finished!
No Contact your service representative.
<If custom paper is not used>
1. Turn the sheets the other way up.
2. In the [Machine: Paper Feed/ Output] group on the [Adjustment Settings for Operators]
menu, set of 0304: [Correct Output Paper Curl] to "Strong".
3. Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?
Yes Finished!
No Turn the sheets the other way up.
4. Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?
Yes Finished!
