About PANTONE Metallic Colors
PANTONE Metallic colors are produced by combining CMYK and the special toner of silver. By
registering the metallic color settings

in Spot Pro, you can print colors close to PANTONE Metallics
more easily.

This value is optimized for printing on glossy paper. When using matte paper, plain paper, or even colored
glossy paper, it may not be possible to print colors close to the colors of PANTONE Metallics.
Print in silver first, and then print the desired colors.
