  Your Riello UPS might be running on battery even when mains voltage is present due to: * A tripped upstream protective device or blown fuse: Reset the protective device or replace the blown fuses. Be sure to check for any overload or short circuit at the output of the UPS. * Input voltage outside tolerance limits: Verify the voltage measurements in the 'Mains Input page' and wait for the input mains voltage to return within the tolerance limits. The UPS will then automatically return to mains operation.
