*IDN?
Description
Query the ID character string of the instrument.
Return Format
The query returns the manufacturer, model, serial number and version number
in character string and all the items are separated by commas.
Example
The command below queries the ID of the instrument and returns Rigol
Technologies,DG4162,DG41620000,00.01.02.
