FM Stereo/Mono (Earphones only)
If a station being received is weak some hiss may be
audible (especially when listening using earphones).
1. When in FM mode, to reduce the hiss press and
hold the Menu button.
2. Press the Tuning Up or Down buttons until ‘FM
Audio’ is highlighted on the display. Press and
release the Select button.
3. Press the Tuning Up or Down buttons until
‘Mono’ is highlighted on the display. Press and
release the Select button. Your radio will select
the mono audio mode.
4. To return to stereo mode, follow steps 1 and 2
above.
5. Press the Tuning Up or Down buttons until ‘Auto’
is highlighted on the display. Press and release
the Select button. Your radio will switch to stereo
mode. The chosen setting will be marked with
an asterisk.
Note: Stereo listening is only available when
listening via earphones.
