Remove connecting rod bolt after scraping
off
carbon from cylinder head and piston.

Remove connecting rod cap.

Remove connecting rod from upper side
of crankcase after rotating crankshaft
so
that piston comes
up
to
top dead
center.
Piston and

Remove clips and piston pin.

Remove piston rings from piston.
Remarks
Do
not damage the.
smaller end
of
connecting
rod.
Do
not
expand
or
twist
piston rings.
