the

Erase
This function erases
a specified area
of song
data, creating
a
blank
in that area.

If
you
wish
to
quit
without executing
a function,
press STOP. You will
exit the Erase
function and return
to standby mode.
From
standby mode:
1.
Press EDIT and
use the
alpha-dial
to select
"EDIT 1
ERASE/'
and then
press ENTER.

Specify the track you wish
to erase.
Use the alpha-dial
to
specify the
track
you wish
to erase,
and then press
ENTER.

You can also
specify the
track
using
the track
keys or
numeric keys. However,
the track
keys
cannot
be
used
to specify
"TRK1-8" (all
tracks). If
you use the numeric
keys
to
specify the
track, be sure
to press ENTER
to finalize
the value.
3. Select
the MIDI
channel
to erase.
Use
the alpha-dial
to specify
the MIDI
channel
you wish
to erase,
and then press
ENTER.

If
you specify ALL, the
data of all MIDI
channels will
be selected.
4. Select
the MIDI status
you wish
to erase.
Eight different
types of MIDI
status can
be selected for erasure.
