6. Use the TIME/VALUE dial or SHUTTLE ring to move to the time location
at which you wish to stop writing.
7. Press [2]. The end time of the project will be registered, and the [2]
indicator will light.

4. Press [IN] in TRACK
EDIT. The start time
of the region to be
erased will be
registered as the edit
start time, and the
[IN] indicator will
light.
5. Hold [SHIFT] and press [PROJECT END (FROM)] in PREVIEW. Move to
the time location to end of project.
6. Press [OUT] in TRACK EDIT. The end time of the region to be erased will
be registered as the edit end time, and the [OUT] indicator will light.
7. Use [][]to move the cursor that you wish to cut the tracks.
8. Press [ENTER/YES].
9. Press [CUT] in TRACK EDIT.
10. When Track Cut is completed, “Done!” dialog will appear, and erase from
in time to out time.
11. Press [HOME (DISPLAY)]. Home Condition screen will appear.
