Assemble the Front Wheels
2. Slide a Φ10 washer (13.4) onto the front axle.
3. Slide the front wheel (7) onto the front axle.
4. Slide another Φ10 washer (13.4) onto the front axle.

6. Snap the rim (9) onto the completed wheel assembly.
7. Repeat steps 1-6 for the remaining front wheel.

1. Locate the two Φ10 washers (13.4) and a snap pin (13.3) from
blister pack.
