Technical Description
Pumpe
Die R600 ist eine zweistufige Kreiselpumpe.
Die Pumpenwelle ist aus rostfreiem und säurebeständigem Mate-
rial gefertigt. Sie ist im Getriebe bzw. Laterne und im Pumpen-
gehäuse mit je einem Kugellager und im Saugdeckel mit einem
wartungsfreiem Gleitlager gelagert. Die Pumpenwelle wird
druckseitig mittels Axial-Gleitringdichtung abgedichtet.
Das Pumpengehäuse sowie Lauf- und Leitrad werden entweder aus
korrosionsbeständigem Leichtmetall oder aus Bronze hergestellt.
Saugdeckel
Im Saugdeckel sind Anschlüsse für das Vakuummeter und die
Entlüftungspumpe vorgesehen. Zur Reinigung des von der
Entlüftungspumpe angesaugten Wassers ist eine Auffüll-
verschraubung mit Sieb in den Absaugkanal eingesetzt.
An der tiefsten Stelle des Saugdeckels ist eine Pumpenentleerung
angebracht.

The pump R600 is a double-stage centrifugal pump.
The pump shaft is made of stainless, acid-proof steel and runs in the
gearbox resp. lantern and in the pump casing in a ball bearing and
in the suction cover in a maintenance free slide bearing. The
pressure-side mounted axial face seal seals the pump.
The centrifugal water pump, the impeller, and the diffuser are
made of corrosion resistant light alloy or bronze.
Suction Cover
Connections for the vacuummeter and the piston priming pump are
provided in the suction cover. For filtering the water which is
sucked by the priming pump, a filler screw with screen is inserted
in the suction conduit.
A draining device is at the lowest point of the suction cover.
