2 Original instruction manual
2.1 General
This original instruction manual takes into account the essential requirements of
DIN EN 82079¬1:2012 Preparation of instructions for use, DIN EN ISO 12100:2010
Safety of machinery, DIN EN 4210:2015 All terrain bikes, (mountain bikes and
trekking bikes) DIN EN 15194:2015 Electrically power assisted cycles EPAC and
Directive 2006/42/EG on machinery.
Commercial or legal topics which are not relevant to operational safety will not be
dealt with in this original instruction manual.

2.2 Language
The original instruction manual is written in German. Further language versions
are translations of the original instruction manual and are invalid without the ori-
ginal instruction manual.
2.3 Copies
This original instruction manual is printed in colour and bound into an external
cover made from thin card [PUR glue]. ADP ENGINEERING GMBH does not accept
any responsibility for copies of any type, for example black and white copies, loose
pages or electronic copies.
