10.4 Multi-controller Connects to PC via Concentrator, and the
Concentrator connects to Router.
(1) PC and multi-controller connect to output on the concentrator.
(2) Different IP address should be configured for each controller. But all of
the IP address should be set between 192.168.001.100-192.168.001.149
