  If your Rush Flood Light fixture isn't responding to DMX control, it could be due to a few reasons. First, verify that the fixture's DMX address matches the address set on your DMX control device. Also, a fault on the DMX link, caused by a damaged connector or cable, or interference, might be the issue. Check that the fixture’s DMX LED is on. If not, check all cables and connections on the DMX link, and make sure the DMX link is terminated. Ensure all devices on the DMX link use standard DMX polarity. You can also try controlling the fixture with another DMX control device. If the link is close to an unshielded high-voltage installation, try moving or shielding it.
