• Check it is plugged in
• Check the plug socket operates correctly using
another appliance
• Check the fuse
• Check the dial is not in the ‘off’ position
Machine does not
take in water
• Check water inlet tap is on
• Check for twists in the water inlet hose
• Check inlet filter is not clogged
• Check door is securely closed
• Check the drain hose for twists
• Clean the pump filter
• Ensure drum is not over loaded
• Check transit bolts were removed upon installation
• Adjust feet to level the appliance
• Small load in machine
• Check machine is not over loaded
• If in a hard water area, increase the amount of
detergent
• Ensure the machine is not overfilled, or too tightly
packed
Water discharges
from the machine
immediately
• Drain hose is too low, ensure the drain hose is at a
suitable height as advised in the installation
instructions
No water visible
during washing
• If laundry becomes wet, there is no fault
• If laundry stays dry, contact customer services
Detergent residue
left on laundry
• Perform an extra rinse cycle to remove or gentle
brush off after it has dried.
Spin cycle does
not take place
• Unbalanced load sensor has been activated, the
machine will attempt to balance the load itself and
the spin cycle will begin once complete.
• Allow 2-5 minutes after the end of a cycle
• Run a Spin/Drain cycle
• Never force the door – contact customer services
