vehicle.
Different Size Tires and
Wheels
If tires of a different size than those
fitted at the factory are used, it may be
necessary to reprogram the speed‐
ometer as well as the nominal tire
pressure and make other vehicle
modifications.
After converting to a different tire size,
have the label with tire pressures re‐
placed.

Use of unsuitable tires or wheels
may lead to accidents and will in‐
validate the vehicle type approval.
Wheel Covers
Wheel covers and tires that are fac‐
tory approved for the respective vehi‐
cle and comply with all of the relevant
wheel and tire combination require‐
ments must be used.
If the wheel covers and tires used are
not factory approved, the tires must
not have a rim protection ridge.
Wheel covers must not impair brake
cooling.

covers could lead to sudden pres‐
sure loss and thereby accidents.
