Connect telephone line.

every 5 sec?
Press on keypad:

Phone line
dial tone?
Dial out on keypad.
Yellow LED ashes
5 times. Long tone
in the speaker.
Check the mic and
speaker connections.
Yellow LED ashes
every 5 sec.
Check telephone line.
No connection.
Check PSTN-line,
