Categories
: allows you to see the different event categories, assign a specific ring tone to each individual category, know
the number of events in each category and see them.

Synchronize
: You can synchronize your organizer with your archives stored in Vodafone's network depending on the
options offered by your subscription with a GSM or GPRS connection from your phone.
You can also synchronize your organizer with your archives stored in your computer. You have only to activate Bluetooth
®
or configure your USB connection in your phone (see chapter
Settings
/
Connectivity
).
The other menus are:

Monthly view
: allows you to access events on a month-by-month basis.

Weekly view
: allows you to access events on a week-by-week basis.

Daily view
: allows you to access the events for the current day.

Date view
: allows you to access events at a specific date.
Calculator and converter
This menu allows you to use your phone as a calculator.
Use the following keys to make calculations:
S
: Add,
T
: Subtract,
X
: Multiply,
W
: Divide, : Decimal point.
If no calculations are being run, pressing [
Convert
] allows you to convert one currency to another.
Enter a value and press
S
to convert from one currency to another, or press
T
to convert back.
Pressing [
Options
] allows you to use the following options:
Rapid exchange
If you select
Activate
, the converter will work in the idle screen by entering the desired numbers and pressing the navigator
upwards or downwards to convert.
Exchange rate
Enter the exchange rate corresponding to the chosen currency.
Currency
Enter the two types of currency to be converted.
Go to calculator
This option allows you to use immediately the value converted in the calculator.
