The SainSmart support team can be reached by e-mail between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST) Monday
through Saturday. In case you contact us during off-duty time, your inquiry will be answered the following business day.
Notice: Because of change different filament the extruder maybe blockaded. It’s not owing to quality issue, and outside
the scope of 400-hours life. If users encounter this problem, please contact our after-sales department and finish clean
work according to their instruction.
