Whenever the characteristics of the premises make it impos-
sible to discharge oven steam to the exterior, a good solution
is installing a STEAM CONDENSER manufactured by SALVA
INDUSTRIAL, S.A., which condenses the baking steam into
water, which can then be discharged through a wastewater
run-off.
