2-1. 모델형식 표기
중공형 유압척, HCH 모델들의 형식 표기는 아
래와 같습니다.
2-2. 구조 작동
파워척 HCH 는 기본적으로 척바디, 웨지플런
저 및 마스터 죠로 구성되어 있습니다. 척 바디
의 회전축과 T-슬롯을 연결하기 위해 웨지플런
저와 마스터 죠가 조립되어 있습니다. 웨지플
런저가 후면으로 이동하면 마스터죠가 중심으
로 당겨지고, 탑죠는 공작물의 겉면을 파악합
니다. (외경파악), 웨지플런저가 정면으로
이동하면 마스터죠가 바깥쪽으로 밀리고, 탑
죠는 공작물의 안쪽을 파악합니다. (내경파악)

The open-center hydraulic chuck,
HCH is model coded as below.
2-2. Construction and operation
The power chuck HCH basically
consists of a chuck body, a wedge
plunger and master jaws. The wedge
plunger and master jaws protrude so
as to engage the T-slot arranged so
as to be at an angle in relation to the
rotational center of the chuck body.
When the wedge plunger is drawn
to the rear, the master jaws are pulled
toward the center and the outside
of the work piece is gripped by the
top jaws.(O.D. chucking) When the
wedge plunger is pressed forward, the
master jaws will move outward and
the inside of the work piece is gripped
by the top jaws.(I.D.chucking)
