1.Maximum static grip force
The static grip force will vary depend-
ing on the condition of lubrication,
the brand of grease, the height of top
jaw and other factors. Our standard
values written in the above specifica-
tion table are based on the following
conditions.
(1) With SAMCHULLY standard soft
top jaw used, the values of grip
force are measured with jaw force
tester at mid point of soft jaw
height(from chuck surface to upper
soft jaw face) as shown in Fig.10.
(2) SAMCHULLY chuck grease is
lubrication for obtaining the
maximum efficiency of thechuck.
(3) Mounting bolts of top jaw are
tightened with specified torque.

(4) The maximum permissible input
force for the wedge plunger is
shown in the above table.
(5) For hydraulic oil supply, the variable
capacity type pump which has
discharge capacity of 20 liters or
more is used. Oil pressure is set
with pump’s own control devise or
a reduction valve which is provided
separately from the system.

최대 정적파악력은 정지시의 파악력으로
급유의 상태,사용 그리스,죠의 높이등에 의
해 차이가 있습니다. 따라서 사양표의 최
대 정적파악력은 아래상태에서 측정한 값
입니다.
(1) 탑-죠는 삼천리 표준 소프트 죠를
사용할 때, 소프트 죠 면상높이(척 표
면부터 소프트죠 상면 까지의 높이)의
1/2 위치에서 파악력 게이지로 측정한
치수입니다.
(2) 그리스는 효율을 높일 수 있는 윤활제
를 사용합니다.
(3) 탑-죠 체결볼트의 체결 토크는
선정 토크에 맞게 하십시오. (Page18)
(4) 플런져 추력은 허용최대 추력일
때 입니다.
(5) 유압원은 20ℓ/min 이상의 토출
용량을 가진 가변용량형 펌프를 사용하
시고 압력설정은 펌프 자체의 압력 조
절 장치로 하십시오. 또한 별도의 감압
밸브를 설치하여 주십시오.
