Since the soft jaw can be easily seper-
ated from the master jaw by loosen-
ing haxagon socket head screws, it
can be freely adjusted by changing
the engaged position on the serration.
Fit a suitable soft jaw according to the
shape, size, material, surface rough-
ness and cutting conditons of the
workpiece.
소프트 죠의 위치 조정은 소프트 죠 체결
용 육각구명붙이 볼트를 풀어 마스터 죠 로
부터 분리하고 각 세레이션부의 맞물림 위
치를 변경함으로서 자유롭게 조정할 수 있
습니다.
소프트 죠 는 공작물의 형상, 치수, 재질, 면
조도, 절삭 조건등을 고려해서 최적의 것을
사용해 주십시오.
Position of Set Jaws
The T-Nut must not be protrude
from the master jaw(see Fig.8 right)
Incorrect usage will cause damage
to the master jaw and T-nut as well
as inaccuracy. If T-nut is used with it
extruded(see Fig.8 left), it will cause
inaccuracy. Also the master jaw or
T-nut will be broken. The jaw or work-
piece discharge thus resulting in dan-
ger.
죠 의 결합 위치에 대해 주의
척의 T-너트는 마스터 죠 보다 튀어나오
지 않은 상태에서 사용하십시오.(Fig.8 우
측) T-너트가 돌출된 상태(Fig.8 좌측) 에서
사용하면 마스터 죠, T-너트가 파손되고
공작물의 이탈(비산)의 위험이 있습니다.
