Steady Rest
To maintain the Steady Rest for a long
period of time, it is necessary to lu-
bricate the Steady Rest on a regular
basis. Inadequate lubrication causes
malfunction at low hydraulic pressure,
reduces gripping force and effects
gripping accuracy, and causes wear
and seizure.
방진구의 장시간 사용을 위하여서는 정기적인 급유
가 반드시 필요합니다. 그리스 및 오일의 급유가 적
절히 이루어지지 않을 경우 장치의 오작동 및 파악력
감소, 부식 등을 초래할 수 있으므로 반드시 정기적
으로 급유하여 주시기 바랍니다.
为确保长时间使用中心架，务必定期注油。
未正确加润滑脂和油脂时，可能会导致设备
的错误运行及夹持力减少、腐蚀等，因此请
务必定期注油。

방진구 후면에는 급유를 할수 있는 주입구가 있으며, 롤러를 비롯한 전체
구성요소에 급유가 될수 있도록 관로를 구성하고 있습니다.
The Steady Rest is provided with a lubrication connection
at the rear side to supply the lubrication points and rollers
with lubrication oil via integral dosing elements.
中心架背面有注油口，形成一条管道，以便为包括滚子在内的所
有部件供油。
오일 저장조를 채워 주십시오. 롤러와 센터 암으로 오일이 나올때까지 일정
간격으로 급유하여 주십시오.
급유 주기
3min : 시간당 20회 / 30min : 시간당 2회
Fill the oil reservoir with clean oil.Actuate the lubrication
intervals manually until oil comes out on the rollers as well
as on the center arm.
Select time intervals according to application
3 min : 20 lubrication impulses/hr.
30 min : 2 lubrication impulses/hr.
请填满储油罐。按一定间隔注油，直到油从滚子和中心臂上流出。
加油周期。
